Apartment Pros is a local company that started in the Austin area more than 14 years ago with a simple idea: apartment hunting shouldn’t be a second job. Since then we’ve helped over 10,000 renters find the right place — and we’ve never charged a single one of them a dime.

We are more than apartment locators — we are apartment counselors. We go further than a basic database search: our agents have extensive knowledge beyond what the data can show you, and know the right questions to ask to find the perfect place for you. We pride ourselves on customer service and going above and beyond.

Every locator on our team is a licensed Texas real estate agent. We currently operate in Austin, Round Rock, San Marcos, and New Braunfels — and everywhere in between. We live in the markets we serve, which means we know which communities run the best specials, which ones approve quickly, which ones have the best management, and more.

The communities pay our fee when you lease, so our service is free to you — and our only incentive is finding you a place you’ll actually love.
